Professor Sara Chandler KC (Hon) joins as Head of Talent Acquisition & Diversity

Black Antelope Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Sara Chandler KC (Hon) as the new Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity.

Professor Chandler brings over 20 years of experience of widening diversity in the legal sector. As a seasoned professional, Professor Chandler has a proven track record of recruitment and social mobility programs for organisations of all sizes.

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and executing Black Antelope Law's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. This includes identifying and attracting top talent, fostering an inclusive culture, and building relationships with external partners to support diversity initiatives.
