Visit Visa Case Study
Mr X had previously applied for a visit visa to the UK on four occasions but was refused each time. Mr. X had a genuine reason for visiting the UK, as he wished to attend his daughter's graduation ceremony. However, the UKVI had concerns that Mr. X would overstay his visa and remain in the UK illegally.
