Aman Ali is the Equality & Diversity Officer and Wellbeing Officer at Black Antelope Law, where he leads efforts to promote inclusivity and equity within the organisation and beyond and ensures that our workplace environment is supportive and welcoming to all regardless of disability or neurodivergent status.

With over a decade of experience in community organising prior to joining the firm, Aman made significant contributions to Muslim communities on a local national and level and is now focused on supporting a wider range of communities and general industry on their EDI initiatives.

Aman previously served as an independent advisory member of the British Transport Police and an Ambassador at Genomics England, where he has contributed his expertise to a range of initiatives aimed at fostering diversity and equality.

Aman is a highly educated professional, having earned a postgraduate degree from the Institute of Education at University College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Psychology from Queen Mary University. His educational background has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead and engage with diverse communities.
